"Salted" drinks shown on the table with Garcia and Sen Van Hollen sparked outrages on the Right. Hollen says "Water glasses were on the table. Later, someone brought two glasses with salted brims were placed on the table. There appeared to be less liquid in Garcia's glass to make it appear he drank from it. Someone took a photo and the glasses were removed. No one ever drank from them so I don't know for sure what was in them."
