ESA SNAP got updated.
Now #Sentinel2C data is supported, the Sen2Coral plugin is available and BandGroups have been added to the PinManager. Also, some issues have been fixed. See the changelog:

Lots of interesting coastal science potential here with #Sentinel2A and #Sentinel2C temporarily capturing the same locations 30 seconds apart! e.g. wave propagation, beach run up etc 🌊
(previously the closest we've gotten is about ~15 minutes between some overlapping #Landsat and #Sentinel2 passes)

Start des Satelliten Copernicus Sentinel-2C Am 5. September 2024 um 3:50 Uhr MEZ (22:50 Uhr Ortszeit) ist der neue Sentinel-2C-Satellit in Kourou (Französisch-Guyana) mit der letzten Vega-Rakete in ihrer ursprünglichen Konfiguration erfolgreich gestartet. Sentinel-2C ist dafür ausgerüstet, Veränderungen der Vegetation zu erkennen und etwa Erntevorhersagen zu ermöglichen, Waldbestände zu kartieren oder das Wachstum von Wild- und Nutzpflanzen zu bestimmen. Zudem kann das Algenwachstum an Küsten und in Binnengewässern, oder der Sedimenteintrag in Flussdeltas nachverfolgt werden. (Bild: ESA–S. Corvaja)

🚀 Succès de la #Vega #VV24 la nuit dernière. Pour sa dernière mission, elle a placé sur orbite basse le satellite #Sentinel2C du programme européen Copernicus.
Le centre de contrôle de l'ESA a reçu les premières télémesures et confirme le déploiement du panneau solaire.
