Silly OC lore stuff: Sephis can inflate far too easily. A yawn, a long breath, a sneeze, etc. It's even more potent via intentional means.
But his body tries to forcecully hold on to the accumulated size. Meaning he has to go about his day when he accidentally winds up ballooned.
