THE CANNONBALL RUN (1981) Inept, unfunny, & so lazy. Movie grinds to a halt w/gauze over the lens in a serious moments as sexy, sincere & caring Burt shares his dreams & goals w/Farrah Fawcett while staring at her chest. Many breast jokes & cleavage. Should have been titled CANNONBOOB.

Dew point is a bit higher today & inside Thimble Theater as Burt brawls & boats his way thru the bayou after a nasty villain (Jerry Reed) in this sequel to WHITE LIGHTNING. Burt was sans facial hair in the prior movie, but this time he's sportin' a full 70s 'stache.

THE BANDIT (2016, Jesse Moss) Documentary about the careers & bromance between friends/co-workers Burt & Hal Needham. Apparently Hal wanted to be Burt & Burt wished he was Hal. Burt quote that sums up the great his career: "You can be a well-paid movie star & still be a starving actor." #SeptemBurt
