It looks like bare spaghetti with a few flakes of dried chilli and a few slices of garlic but that's because there's only garlic, pepper and good olive oil added to the pasta. The simplicity is the point of the dish.

I use freshly made pasta myself. I always have some frozen one-person-portions of pasta dough in the freezer. Not counting the defrosting, making it with fresh pasta is a slightly faster process.

2025 is the year I learn to make salads.
