Texas primaries: ‘ShamWow Guy’ Vince Offer loses GOP bid for Texas’ 31st congressional district The race for the Republican nomination in Texas' 31st Congressional District came down to two familiar faces to voters Tuesday night.

Shamwow guy, Vince Offer (Schlomi),is suing the Texas GOP, alleging the party removed his nickname "Shamwow" from the primary ballot, causing him to lose the nomination. He claims it was “rigged”!
