Silvaire has a bit of tummy pudge, but is more focused on functional muscle over appearance due to his work and travels.
Astrelle's mucles are most definitely visible due to his training as a dragoon, even if he still looks like a twig.

Silvaire's headspace has gotten quite crowded, so there are some nights that require more work to fall asleep than others. Once he's asleep, he can rest well, but still wakes up at most noises.
