This is a 2nd POV of you going through the haunted house these two are working at. There's 4 floors, Lu and Al work on the bottom floor(last room). I haven't decided if I'm just going to add this in as a 2nd chapter or just make it a 2nd part 4/5

I literally started writing this today 🤣 already at 3k words
Alastor hadn’t gotten much research done the past few days. He’d spent most of it in bed with Lucifer. He hadn’t realized how insatiable his snake could be. Exhaustion was starting to become a real problem too and he suspected that Lucifer was doing it on purpose. The only thing he had learned was that Lucifer could control when he released his venom so Alastor wasn’t in danger of getting hurt with each bite. It was good to know since he was covered in bite marks. It was well into evening and he had yet to leave the bed. Lucifer could heal his physical exhaustion but not his mental. “Grab me that water,” he commanded. His shadow quickly flew over and picked up the glass to hand to him. He’d learned he could use his shadow on accident one day when he couldn’t reach a book in the library and he tried to get a shadow puppet to climb the shelf, instead his shadow had reached up and grabbed the book first. It didn’t react to any sort of conversation and it only moved when he commanded it so he could only assume it was like an extra limb. That was probably for the best, he didn’t need to worry about it watching him have sex with Lucifer.
Alastor drained his water and handed the cup back to his shadow to return to the table. He’d already eaten but he was starting to feel hungry again. He was definitely going to tell Lucifer no that night. He couldn’t handle the hours-long bout every night. With a groan he climbed out of bed and grabbed the robe on the nightstand along with his glasses. His shadow opened the door for him as he finished tying it in place. The walk to the kitchen didn’t take long and the guards at the gates leading to the outer palace bowed to him as he passed. As he walked by the pantry he heard a familiar voice and paused. “How long do you think I’ll be banished?” Pentious cried loudly. “I miss my experiments.” A gruff voice responded but he couldn’t make out the words. He’d been wanting to speak with Pentious for a while but Lucifer had smartly gotten rid of him. This may be a good chance to get a bit more information. He leaned against the wall next to the door and sent his shadow in. Alastor had to concentrate for it but he could see and hear things through his shadow. He closed his eyes as he focused.
Husker sat at a small table with a depressed looking Pentious. He was laying with his face flat on the table with his arms across the surface. Angel leaned against the table with an amused expression. It looked like they were drinking Pentious’ sorrows away. The room was mostly crates and shelves while the only light source was a candle on the small table. That made it easy for his shadow to go unnoticed. “The only options I see,” Angel drank from his mug. “Is Alastor figuring out immortality or dying.” “I’m so fucked,” Pentious didn’t even lift his head. “It’s going to take decades before he dies.” “You could always leave him a hint,” Husker suggested, then drank from his flask. “Just don’t get caught.” “His Majesty would actually kill me for that,” Pentious looked up with outrage. “Hey, you fucked up and squealled…twice,” Angel shrugged. “We’re just giving you options.” “There’s always the chance he’ll figure it out on his own,” Husker grumbled. “His Majesty seems to think so.” It was sweet that Lucifer had so much confidence in him.

Guess who stayed up late finishing this story XD I'll regret this in the morning but it was worth it. It needs to be heavily edited cause I gotta make sure the lore all matches up (can't go back to make changes like I normally do lol) only 6k words

Still trying to figure out how to tag this XD
Lucifer’s office was filled to the brim with toy ducks. Alastor had only gone into the office for some supplies but he never would have imagined the large amount of ducks. He was mildly worried that the stuffed toys would cause a fire. Charlie said that her father had made her that duck, did that mean he made all these ducks? There were so many piles of them. Alastor had guessed he liked ducks due to the tapestries in his room but this was a bit much. “You shouldn’t be in here.” Alastor jumped and turned his head to see Paimon glaring at him. “What business do you have here?” he demanded in his snooty way. He wanted to give a snarky response and remind the old bird who was in charge but that might upset Lucifer. “Is there any place that I’m not allowed to go to?” Alastor asked instead. “I merely came here for some paper and ink. I ran out and thought a nice walk would be lovely after being cooped up for weeks.” Though he once again healed a lot faster than expected. His mother said happy people tend to recover sooner but he wasn’t so convinced.
“Allow me to grab that for you,” Paimon sighed and wadded through the sea of ducks. “Hey Paimon,” Lucifer stuck his head through the crack of the door. “Have you seen…” He fell silent the moment his eyes landed on Alastor and the panic was clear on his face. Was this something he really thought he could hide? “Heeey, Alastor,” he said awkwardly as he approached. “Charlie mentioned that you made her favorite toy,” Alastor gestured to the mountain of ducks that Paimon struggled to move through. “I had no idea you made so many.” Lucifer’s panic turned into trepidation then the blood drained from his face to resignation, each expression was more delightful than the last. “It was over the course of years,” he rubbed his eyes tiredly. “I just make them when I feel lonely.” Alastor opened his mouth to tease him but paused at those words. He couldn’t tease the other with a confession like that. Comforting someone other than his mother was still foreign to him but he wanted to get better at it. Vaggie could probably use better than what he’d done thus far, sometimes Charlie too.
“Where did you store them the first time I came to your office?” Alastor asked as he took the other’s hand. “They were in our room but I moved them here,” Lucifer looked over to where Paimon started flailing to free himself of the ducks. The dark mounds had been all these ducks, he realized. He definitely didn’t want them all back in the room. “Why don’t you pick a few of your favorites to bring back to the room?” he offered as he pulled Lucifer in for a hug. “We can put the rest in the closet in my office for now.” Lucifer accepted his hug like a pet eager for attention. He rubbed his face against Alastor’s chest with a soft sigh. “That sounds lovely.” Alastor watched the duck pile win against Paimon as he sank to the bottom of the mountain and stopped moving. He wondered if their advisor would suffocate under all those stuffed toys as he ran his fingers through Lucifer’s soft blond hair. They should probably rescue him first. He had been kind enough to attempt to help Alastor, even if he was a little rude about it.

Enjoy some fluff! 🤣💖🥰
“Why were you in my room?” Lucifer demanded. “What were you looking for?” “I was cleaning!” Came the energetic answer. “Your room was so filthy I thought I’d find some bugs.” Niffty cackled gleefully at the prospect of finding unwanted pests. She was being restrained by a guard but she wasn’t even trying to fight. “It’s good to see that you’re still so lively after your long journey,” Alastor said when he was close enough. “Husker should have kept a better eye on you.” “Alastor!” She shouted with delight. “I was trying to find your room! I hope it’s better than this one. It’s filthy in there and the servants here clearly don’t know how to properly clean the floors, no offense.” “Oh? Is that so?” Alastor grabbed her collar and removed her from the guards grasp. She hung limp in his hand. She was a tiny thing that barely reached his knees. She closed her single eye and nodded vigorously. Her red locks settled back into place perfectly. “The rafters were filthy and that rug needs a good scrubbing,” she complained. “The tapestries need to be washed too. I was surprised that the fireplace was well maintained.”
Lucifer watched their interaction with narrowed eyes. “Rest for the night, my dear,” Alastor lowered her to the ground. “I’ll have you scrub my room top to bottom tomorrow.” “Yay!” she bounced excitedly. “I trust you can find Husker,” he nodded to the staircase. Niffty ran down the corridor like she was being chased. “You’ll get used to her,” Alastor stated as he moved past the confused guard to enter his room. Now that Niffty had pointed it out the room did look dusty. It wasn’t something he had to worry about for now since Niffty would have the room sparkling the next day. “She was in that sack?” Lucifer asked as he closed the door behind him. “Why was she in a sack?” “My guess is she got cold and crawled inside,” Alastor twirled his cane out of existence. “What are we having for dinner tonight?”

I think this is the first time I've actually written Niffty in a story 🤣 she's only ever been mentioned before.

This coffee shop was his mother’s dream, he couldn’t let it go now. The bell dinged as someone entered. The only person who came at five in the morning on the dot was none other than a short nuisance. “Hey there, barista,” greeted an annoyingly low voice. “When will your mom come back? She’s much better company than you.” Lulu was a tiny blond man with a huge smirk and irritating presence. His white suit felt like an insult to mornings. He leaned over the counter to smirk up at the taller man but he was careful not to touch the countertop. Alastor had given him more than one lecture in regards to it. “Good morning, your highness,” Alastor almost snarled. “The usual?” The sooner he rang up this idiot and made his cocoa, the sooner he would leave. “Yep,” he reached into his pocket for his wallet to pull out a bill. It was always the same bill and he said the same thing everyday. “Keep the change.” Lulu tipped very generously and had been a regular since the day they opened. His mother was smitten with the small man and often treated him like a second son. She even called him on days he didn’t show up to make sure he was ok. Once, when he’d been sick, his mother had left to make him soup.

My coffeeshop AU ☕🥰💖
Charlie suddenly jumped up and ran to her bed. She grabbed something and ran back to Alastor to present the toy in her small palm. He was surprised to have recognized the small stuffed yellow duck. The doll wore a white jacket and tophat. He slowly took the toy to examine it better. Charlie didn’t protest and moved to sit in her chair once he was occupied. The doll he remembered had been very worn and repaired many times. Charlie carried it with her everywhere and never let anyone touch it. Alastor had advised her it was unbecoming of her position to carry something so ratty around and she hugged it defensively and admitted that it was a good luck charm. She refused to talk more about it. The little duck was practically pristine. The collar and front of the jacket had a red trim while the cuffs were a light pink that matched the pink and white striped vest under the jacket. It seemed to be wearing a white shirt under that too. A black bowtie adorned its neck. Under the brim and at the base of the tophat were a dark red. A golden crown was at the front of the tophat and the base was surrounded by a golden snake. A bright red apple sat next to the snake’s head, just to the right of the crown.
He brushed his thumb against one of the two red dots on the duck’s cheeks. It was the only distinctive feature he knew Lucifer had. He pictured a huge burly man with glowing red eyes and demonic horns that reached skyward. A sharp grin that could pierce through one's very soul. The blood red marks on either side of his wicked grin. Sharp black claws that could rend any monster to pieces. That’s how everyone in the capitol described him. For a long time that’s what he thought Lucifer had looked like. After being told Charlie was his spitting image, he wasn’t so sure what to picture. He simply couldn’t imagine it and wondered if they were biased.
Please pretend that it's Sunday and I didn't forget to post something for #SinfulSnippetSunday XD

Lucifer Lucifer pulled a blind folded Alastor through a portal and into the vast desert of Pride. The hot dry air hit them immediately but it wouldn’t be a problem for long. They stood just outside of the surprise that he had created for his lover. “Are you ready?” Lucifer couldn’t keep the giddiness from his voice. “Always,” Alastor responded eagerly. He hadn’t been able to hide it since Lucifer announced he had a surprise for him. “Happy Birthday!!!” Lucifer shouted as he pulled off the blindfold. Alastor’s face froze and his eyes widened as he took in the gift before him. The smile that broke out on his face almost split it in two. There was so much excitement in his body he began to shake as he ran toward his gift. Lucifer stayed back and watched his lover approach the real bayou. He leaned down to touch the grass then stood and ran his hands over the trees. Alastor carefully removed his shoes and socks before walking barefoot on the grass and dipping his toe in the murky water. Lucifer bounced in place as he watched his lover explore enthusiastically. He just knew Alastor would love this surprise.
He finally paused to look over at Lucifer. “How did you know when it was my birthday?” he asked with surprise then his eyes narrowed. “What did you give Rosie?” “Well,” Lucifer chuckled and scratched his head. “She offered to tell me in exchange for some territory. Apparently you guys aren’t having much luck and she doesn’t want to risk massive losses.” “So you gave it to her?” Alastor inquired as he removed his coat and uncharacteristically dropped it on the ground. “I may have enlarged the boundary around Pentagram City,” he shrugged. “She was very pleased with that and even offered to bow to me if I decided to go with your plan.” “How generous of both of you,” Alastor removed his suspenders and let them fall too. Was he planning to swim? “There is wildlife in there but I created them to respect you and protect this place,” Lucifer gestured to the water. “Nothing will hurt you in there.” “That’s very good to know,” Alastor smirked as he unbuttoned his shirt. He pulled it from his pants and shrugged out of it.
Alastor Alastor didn’t even try to cheat as his angel led him blindfolded through their room. He felt dry heat hit his face as he followed and assumed Lucifer opened a portal to somewhere outside. It didn’t smell bad so they weren’t in Pentagram City. “Are you ready?” Lucifer asked with clear giddiness. “Always,” Alastor responded eagerly as Lucifer’s energy was contagious. “Happy Birthday!!!” Lucifer shouted as he pulled off the blindfold. Alastor’s face froze and his eyes widened as he took in the magnificent bayou before him. He didn’t even hesitate to run over to ensure it wasn’t an illusion. It certainly smelt like home to him. He bent over to touch the real grass then stood back up to run his hand over the rough bark of a tree. It was real. It was all real unlike the bayou in their bedroom. And Lucifer had made it just for him. The smell and sounds reminded him how he used to hunt his prey in the bayou. How he chased them. His heart pounded at the thought as he pictured torturing sinners that way. He would be thrilling to chase again. Alastor paused to look over at his angel as a new idea crossed his mind.
“How did you know when it was my birthday?” he asked as he assessed Lucifer’s physique. “What did you give Rosie?” “Well,” Lucifer chuckled nervously and scratched his head. “She offered to tell me in exchange for some territory. Apparently you guys aren’t having much luck and she doesn’t want to risk massive losses.” Lucifer would be a challenging adversary in the game of cat and mouse. “So you gave it to her?” Alastor inquired as he removed his coat and let it fall to the ground. Uncaring if it got dirty. “I may have enlarged the boundary around Pentagram City,” he shrugged. “She was very pleased with that and even offered to bow to me if I decided to go with your plan.” Just picturing the chase was stirring something new in Alastor’s body. Something that only Lucifer could cause. “How generous of both of you,” Alastor removed his suspenders and let them fall too. His angel watched him strip with a normal expression. He had no clue as to what was about to happen.
