I love this analysis 👇🏻. Trying to make sense of #Sinterklass traditions when I lived in the Netherlands was 😯 & 🤯 as a Canadian with no religious or cultural context and it looked super weird and racist. But the #pepernoten, #kruidnoten and other treats were awesome.
