I just hope that it is not someone who wants to build a lifestyle center with condos or another mall to cannibalize existing retail establishments in the area. We don't need another casino or adult venue. An amusement park is perfect use of this site.

#SixFlags has screwed the pooch in Central Maryland. Hopefully, the site at 13710 Central Avenue in Bowie, Maryland gets bought by a theme park operator or Travis Kelce can reverse the decision to sell the park.

After more than two decades, #Superman - Ride of Steel has taken its final run. The towering red-and-blue steel coaster officially ceased operation on Nov. 2, 2025, coinciding with the permanent closure of #SixFlagsAmerica.

As #sixflagsamerica goes into its final day tomorrow, I want to give a shout out to the stunt crew. For some of them, they just performed their last show today. These guys poured their hearts and souls into they do. If you can make it out here tomorrow, please take the time to do so.
Roar at Six Flags America wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. However, if it was smoothed out in some spots, I think it would be a really good GCI coaster!
