I made a list of each scene where this chapters appears or was mentioned, and everything worked out as it should.
I think I’d just gotten mixed up while I was editing, as I was jumping back and forth between scenes a lot.

I realised that when adding the new chapter, a scene includes information about a character that shouldn’t be revealed yet.
Time to spend the next day or so figuring out his timeline and fixing his scenes 😅
