I tried sleeping for much longer during the flights but my body couldn't adjust, especially with too many distractions. Envious of people who can board a plane and fall asleep before pushback.

Air New Zealand's #skycouch and #skynest would have been nice. But I flew Cathay... (No choice really 🤭).
