That Signatory 14 year Miltonduff from 2011 i bought, which is matured in first fill Oloro sherry butt and hogshead casks.
Bottled at 57,1 % abv (cask strengt).
Is a bloody marvellous dram.

Got this sample from a colleague, and it is a wonderful 15 year old Macduff matured in PX sherry casks. 52,5% ABV is what i expect cask strength.
That color is so dark at is more look like a dark brown chestnut and the influense from those sherry buts is a true sherry bomb 🥃🎉

Finish: Sweet, blackberries, hazelnuts and dark chocolate.
This whisky has a silk-smooth thick mouthcoat and appears much more mature than those 8 years on the label. This is great 🥃 #whisky #slaintemhath
