Transforming Lives Through Real Work Environments. We are proud to share the impact of the Made Inside Britain project, a powerful partnership between Antz Junction and the New Futures Network, funded by the Local Integration Fund. For 18 months, we worked with HMP Kirkham, HMP Lancaster Farms, and HMP/YOI Thorn Cross, proving that sustainable employment is the most effective bridge from custody to community. The Impact at a Glance: • 124 Individuals Supported: Holistic, "through-the-gate" mentorship covering everything from mental health and housing to debt advice and family reconnection. • Real-World Skills: Every graduate earned their CSCS card and industry-recognised qualifications in scaffolding or plant machinery. • Proven Results: A third of all participants successfully transitioned into employment, either via ROTL (Release on Temporary License) or upon their final release.
