Finally got around to watch the great #SotMEU25 talk by @Firefishy about how hard it can be to do @osm_tech work. Thanks to scrapers and people using expensive OSM API calls to check if their own software is online.

On a train back home after two great days at #sotmeu25 in Dundee. Great conference, with lots of thought provoking and interesting presentations and discussions. I’m sure these will continue late into the night again, but I’m done. 🥱
I and two other delegates at State of the Map Europe 2025 were torn between the first sessions on Saturday morning and Camperdown parkrun. Camperdown is a lovely undulating course, mostly on trail, although a little way out of the city centre.

Phew caught the train to #sotmeu25 I thought it was due to leave 0615, but it actually was scheduled to leave 0613, so I had to run to catch it when I saw it coming into Camelon station.
