2022 Saperavi, Koncho & Co, 13.5%, blackberry, blueberry and a hint of bigarreau cherry, smooth tannins, a modern style red wine. It's fun.
Ingredients for the Flammkuchen (Tarte Flambee): sour cream with salt and pepper, fennel salami, jalapeño peppers, green and black olives, feta, mozzarella, chopped dates, cherry tomatoes, champignons, sweet peppers and minced meat (beef and porc) cooked with onions, garlic, tomatoes, rosmary, harissa and salt. I didn't produce the round flat dough-cakes, I bought them as there are many good commercial producers in south-western Germany and Alsace.
