#MiGMondays the nose and cockpit of Czech MiG-23 BN number 9863 Black, displayed at Kbely. Nice sharkmouth. This aircraft was built in 1983 and was retired in 1992; the nose area was preserved but the rest of it was scrapped. #MiGs #Sovietaircraft

View of a MiG15 port side, looking lovely and clean.
View of a MiG15 from the nose intake looking back along the starboard side
View of a MiG15 from behind the port wing. What a beauty
#MiGMondays Czech-built MiG15bis SB no.3255 on display at Kbely. Built in 1956. Because it was built in Cz it’s technically an Aero S103. SB signifies a fighter-bomber variant (you can see the pylons under the wings). 3255 flew until 1982. 📷 by me #migs #sovietaircraft #russianaircraft #coldwar

MiG-27 ‘23 White Outline’ at Hawarden 2022. A very banged-up looking aircraft, photographed from the rear. Cannot get closer (or take photos of the starboard side) because of a fence.
A derelict MiG-27M at Hawarden airport near Chester, UK. My photos from 2022. Its code looks to me like 23 White Outline but apparently it was originally 23 Red (that’s what Yefim Gordon says in one of his books anyway). Probably built in 1981. #MiGMondays #MiG27 #migs #sovietaircraft
