Sabah civil servants receive special financial assistance worth one month’s salary
KOTA KINABALU: A total of 18,853 civil servants in Sabah received good news when the state government announced the provision of Special Financial Assistance (BKK) of one month’s salary or a minimum of RM2,000 through the Sabah Budget 2026. Deputy Chief Minister II Datuk Seri Masidi Manjun, who is also the state Finance Minister, when presenting the budget, announced that the BKK payment involved financial implications amounting to RM52.6 million.
