I love Halloween cards and for last week's Global Design Project challenge card I created a fun Halloween card. We were CASEing a wonderful card from Stesha Bloodhart. I loved all the destressed layers and was inspired to create instead of a landscape but a Halloween scene with a blended background & using the punch out pieces from the Spooky Sweet Specialty Designer Series paper.
