“What problem do my players need to get better at solving?”
Then ask:
“Does this activity actually force that problem to show up?”

Raducanu to 'tap into a few people' over coaching — BBC Sport, March 5, 2026 Raducanu parted company with coach Francisco Roig after January's Australian Open — the Spaniard was the seventh full-time coach Raducanu had worked with since her US Open win.

Done properly, CLA is an infinitely subtle tool, applicable at all levels, from 3 yr olds to professional.
But it requires an openness to _learn_ - kids have it naturally, but in players who have been through the pathway it maybe needs awakening.

A question however, regarding comments on the constraints-led approach (_not_ psych, in my experience). Is the case being made that the CLA was not appropriate? Or that it is being applied incorrectly?
