A platform boom lift is extended past a power pole and below powerlines. Painters on the platform are manoeuvring the boom to access the exterior of a heritage building that is being repainted. A safety spotter in hi-viz workwear on the ground is ensuring safe clearances and directing the procedure. An access ladder to the top of the veranda can be seen on the left.
