Trying to think of a cool galactic enemy for #starlingempire... My first thought was intelligent space birds, then I thought maybe really cool space dragons? But that might be too powerful, so maybe just space lizards that can withstand the conditions of space? 🤔

When Soren next woke up, it was with a deep gasp to fill his lungs, the feeling of suffocation still heavy. He sat up and opened his eyes, and was instantly confused as to why he was in his childhood bedroom. And, after just a few easy breaths, why was his body suddenly fine? Nothing hurt at all. There were no nail prints in his palms, no bloating from having grown a baby for nine months, no pale complexion… there was also full and easy use of his body, as if his poisoned condition before was a painful figment of his imagination.
