I also love the fact that I've published such an Australian piece in an American academic journal! 😂
I'm schooling them on the words "dag", "bogan" and "ocker" as well as the history of the Digger, Larrakin and the Battler (esp Howard's Battler).
It certainlg gives me a chuckle!
