I am not sure where Ken Henry gets his ideas, but the legislation does NOT recognise the importance of the #environment and has #ENTRENCHED the #STATUS_QUO. We will NOT see any major changes in the trends in #biodiversity_loss, #land_clearing, #water_misuse, #emissions due to the #legislation.

Zal het hier ook over enkele #pseudo-wetenschappen gaan die de #poortwachters zijn van de #status_quo? En daarmee drempels opwerpen voor elk beleid dat neigt dan wel riekt naar ‘future proof’?

In our ancient economic System #billionaires are the Gods to whom plebs should #kowtow today, in awe for 'divine' financial power.

Demanding a 'god' to be arrested by mere and minor(!) human beings is basically #blasphemy in our economic belief System. It won't happen. #status_quo
