When I got home, the house was a mess because of the departure to the hospital. I took a hot bath because the hospital was freezing and I was sore from their terrible chairs.
When I reached room temperature, I cleaned house and fell into a dreamless stupor.
Woke at 5:00PM.

We went on an adventure yesterday that included a 3 hour hike of 5.4 miles spanning 1500+ ft elevation gain over what felt like 3 mountains, ending with a yellow jacket sting.
Fun was had.... Lessons were learned.
