Street Vending: हिमाचल में स्ट्रीट वेंडिंग के लिए बनना होगा लाइसेंस, नियमों का नया ड्राफ्ट जारी Himachal News: हिमाचल प्रदेश के ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में स्ट्रीट वेंडिंग को नियमित करने के लिए नया कदम उठाया गया है। पंचायती राज विभाग ने ग्रामीण विक्रेताओं के लिए स्ट्रीट वेंडिंग लाइसेंस बनाने का ड्राफ्ट जारी किया। इसके तहत विक्रेताओं की पुलिस सत्यापन होगा। लाइसेंस एक वर्ष के लिए वैध होगा। हिमाचल के मूल निवासियों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। यह कदम ग्रामीण अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूत करने में मदद करेगा। लाइसेंस के लिए नियम स्ट्रीट वेंडिंग लाइसेंस के लिए 18 वर्ष से अधिक आयु के व्यक्तियों को ग्राम पंचायत में आवेदन करना होगा। निर्धारित पंजीकरण शुल्क जमा करना अनिवार्य है। ग्राम पंचायत विक्रेताओं का रजिस्टर बनाएगी और पुलिस सत्यापन के बाद लाइसेंस जारी करेगी। एक से अधिक पंचायतों में विक्रय के लिए खंड विकास अधिकारी से आवेदन करना होगा। लाइसेंस की वैधता एक वर्ष होगी और नवीकरण के लिए शुल्क देना होगा।
