The bowl has serrated points around the top to represent flames, and is painted in shades of orange with large, round eyes and pupils and has a hole for a mouth. It looks a little surprised because of the round eyes and their centered pupils. It sits on a wooden surface. A loose ball of white, glittery yarn is sitting in the bowl and the yarn is feeding out through Calcifer's mouth in a messy tangle of "yarn barf".
