Yanina answers back on her cellphone and is in an oversized sweater vest, long-sleeve dress shirt, baggy pants, and wears hiking boots. She runs down her childhood apartment's front steps with a jubilant, "Mr. Dunlop!" Heart as the period under the exclamation. Dunlop has his shades lifted up on his forehead now and leans on his expensive auto. He shouts back, "Hey, Ms. Koz-love-ya!" A play on her surname, Kozlova. The next panel is the couple in chibi form as Yanina leaps into Peter's arms, saying, "YOU'RE SO CORNY!" He replies, "No more corny than you!" With last panel of them in a tight embrace and kissing.

My webcomic couple, both dog-eared and dog-nose, the much taller Black-coded character shows disappointment with hanging down ears. Protagonist is white-coded and she notices his disappointment and feels the same. He is attending a conference, and her writing workshop is almost finished.

Same dog-eared and dog-nose couple. This time, male-crush remembers to ask if they can exchange numbers with sudden frantic hand gesture. Female protagonist is also startled but agrees to exchange numbers.
