Version 1.0.1.13 of #SuperSketchBob is live! I had an epiphany about how to fix some niggling issues I saw people struggling with including ledge grab jumping.

Another 7/10 for #SuperSketchBob! I 100% agree with everything he said EXCEPT about the plot. Bob tells a story of sibling rivalry and some less-than-stellar parents via his Sketch Zones. But if people miss it, then perhaps I should have made that more apparent.

I used this exact method in #SuperSketchBob for the tutorial. A lot of it is just introducing new elements to players in ways they can't fail or lose if they do it incorrectly. Give them a chance to experiment in a way that doesn't punish them, then slowly ramp up the difficulty.

#SuperSketchBob is so kinetic and freeform that I feel like still images don't do it justice. Bob (seen here in his ninja costume) is a free spirit and I wanted the gameplay to encapsulate that. It's like improv as a 2D platformer; you "yes and" the level design.
