I believe I have acquired all of the parts needed (except 2 tools being shipped now) to completely rebuild my #SurlyLongHaulTrucker #bicycle as a 2x11 speed.

Just gotta gather everything together and make sure I'm not missing any tools, and then the rebuild can begin.
