Swad était anciennement le Maître de Ink, il l'a pris sous son aile lorsqu'il commençait à se faire un petit nom dans la musique de la basse société, Ink faisant parti à l'origine d'une famille d'artisan. C'est Swad qui lui a donné les techniques d'anciennement qu'il a aujourd'hui et puisque ça a marché pour lui, il se dit que cela marchera propablement pour ses élèves aussi. D'ailleurs Blue vient aussi d'un milieu artisan et Error de la rue, Ink a vraiment un esprit très méritocratique donc il va dénicher ses talents même dans des bas quartiers. Blue finira par rencontrer Swad, qui sera curieux de voir l'élève de son élève. Mais Blue étant trop maladroit le blessera dans son égo et il ne le prendra pas très bien. Ink sera obligé d'intervenir pour protéger son élève. Ink a tendance à protéger Blue face aux nobles, étant lui même roturier il n'apprécie pas les remarques et violences injustifiées. Et comme Ink est un virtuose, les gens se tiennent généralement à carreau face à lui.

Paperjam est le Gavroche de cet univers: un garçon des rues révolutionnaire. Son père Ink l'a oublié (et n'a peut-être même pas su son existence) et son père Error l'a abandonné et oublié (en même temps il était en état de stress post-traumatique à cause de Ink). Si Error le retrouve un jour et se rend compte qu'il est son fils, il essaiera surement de se racheter, au moins un peu, car il ne voulait vraiment pas. Après Error serait surement fier de ce qu'il est devenu. PJ le supporterait certainement juste parce qu'il prend sa défense mais il l'a toujours au travers de la gorge (en même temps plus de 10 ans qu'il a été abandonné). J'imagine Ciel et PJ assez proche, PJ s'occupant d'elle commme si c'était sa soeur (même si c'est en fait sa nièce xD) et faisant ensemble des bêtises dans les rues du vieux Paris.
