Breaking Glass Pictures Releases ‘Sway’ On Digital
Breaking Glass Pictures has announced their new thriller Sway is now available to US audiences. The movie launched on digital platforms December 2. Sway follows a respected Black community leader whose world spirals out of control after his brother goes missing. Within hours, he is blackmailed by a mysterious woman, and a sudden murder forces him to confront the lengths he will go to in order to protect the people he loves. If you’re tired of movies these days that go on for three hours, Sway keeps things blessedly brief at just 99 minutes. The film was originally released last year and has toured the indie festival circuit over the last few months, screening at the Pan African Film Festival, Toronto Black Film Festival, and African International Film Festival, among others. Along the way it’s picked up several awards including Best Feature Film at the National Black Film Festival, Best Original Score at the Hollywood North Film Awards, and Best Actress for Mishael Morgan at the Toronto International Nollywood Film Festival.
