Let’s start the week off right and #SweatForMe - 5 min light cardio and then four rounds of: 10 push-ups, 20 sit-ups, 30 squats. Follow that up with 10 more minutes of moderate cardio. Good toy.

I enjoy working up a sweat so I can enjoy more strenuous activities that make you sweat far more. 😈

Some days you may have less energy than others. If so, modify a workout or simply take a walk to do what you can. But I urge you to move.

#SweatForMe - 5 minutes of Atlas lunges (lunge each side, then squat). Try not to stop. If you do - as little as possible. That's all. Good luck.
