Got my butt kicked in swim this morning. Worked on our three strokes (freestyle, back, breast) across the entire length of the pool and then learned a new stroke (elementary backstroke) towards the end.

I am tiyad! But can't wait to swim in the sea in a few weeks! 🏊🏽 #SwimWithZ
