I had a really great weekend at @terminalcitycon.ca ! I got to see so many friends, play so many games, check out some great dice and other wares, and my team won at tabletop trivia!
The only downside is that I wasn’t able to see everyone who I knew around the show. Next year I hope!

That’s a wrap Anth for #TCTC2025. I had a lot of fun across the three days I attended the con. Thank you to the organizers and volunteers that were all terrific to put on such an amazing con.
Final block of #TCTC2025 saw my scheduled Dragonbane game cancelled due to illness, so the kidlet and I wandered the vendors & had our yearly Ticket To Ride throwdown (he won 2 games to 1). Then, we wandered around Downtown Vancouver for an hour and a half to visit shops he wanted to check out.

Final #TTRPG of #TCTC2025 Saturday was The Walking Dead Universe RPG. The GM’s scenario was…creative but it wasn’t what I was looking for from a TWD game, as it didn’t feel like one. It was nice to learn the rules, as I picked it up after the kidlet enjoyed it last year, but I need to play again.
Second #TTRPG of #TCTC2025 Saturday is Spire. I hadn’t heard of this one before but it sounded neat. Glad I signed up because the kidlet & I really enjoyed the very narrative structure of the game & the setting is very interesting. I might have to seek this one out (because I SO need more games…).

I am on deck in the AM to run a D&D one shot. I haven't done a session at a convention before, so yay chaos! :)
This was a pleasant surprise. Probably breaks every rule with the International Jigsaw Puzzle Competition Professional Governing Body Association (IJPCPGBA) but i got to compete in a puzzle competition at Terminal City Tabletop Con sponsored by Cobble Hill Puzzles 😄

#TCTC2025 Day 2 is a wrap for me. I wished I took more photos today and the day before.
Played in the Catan National Qualifiers and was eliminated in the round robin.
Then played Tammany Hall and Wingspan.

The GM of Call of Cthulhu is always excellent and her prop game is second to none! Lots of fun!
The Shadowdark game had a rookie convention game DM & his home brewed scenario was a little unfocused but I still had fun.
Up in 6 hrs for more #TTRPG goodness!
