Q3 net loss was $0.8M and Adjusted EBITDA was $137.9M; nine‑month net income was $114.8M ($2.27/share). Average day rate rose to $22,798 (+2.3% y/y). Q3 results included a $27.1M loss on early debt extinguishment and a $1.3M FX gain. Operating cash flow was $72.1M and free cash flow $82.7M.The company narrowed 2025 revenue guidance to $1.33–$1.35B and gross margin to 49–50%, initiated 2026 revenue guidance of $1.32–$1.37B and margin of 48–50%, and has an outstanding $500M share repurchase authorization.
