The #Feds charged a man with “one count of assault on a federal officer with a deadly or dangerous weapon”. You may ask, what was this weapon? The #TearGasCanister that #ICE fired at protestors. So if it’s a “deadly/dangerous weapon” how are they allowed to use it?
