So this is my backstory for CEO and Consp (NOT A SHIP). So everyone knows or it's been hinted/became a bit that CEO got rich by polluting the planet, killing baby seals, and trademarking the concept of trademarks. But realistically (omg twa referencing real life? HERESY!) that's impossible and he'd need some good ol' generational wealth behind that as well as some knowledge in economics in order to create megacorp. So what if CEO used to be part of the conspiracy and learned how to manipulate the world from the shadows? Basically, CEO was working his way to the top of the ranks and almost able to obtain the immortality that comes with it. but unlike the other conspirators, he valued money over power even though he admired Consp a LOT and even saw him as a father figure in some fucked up way. So when CEO shared his ideas and plans for gaining mass (but extremely short term) wealth at the expense of the long term economy, environment, and literally everything, the rest of the VERY IMMORTAL AND VERY UNABLE TO BENEFIT FROM SHORT-TERM PROFIT conspirators kicked him out, with Consp himself telling him he was "an incompetent fool and a liability to his plan" Later when Consp shows up at Megacorp, CEO genuinely thought he was a ghost since he didn't know about the immortality and thought his "father" was back to haunt him or something. Consp doesn't recognize CEO at all after he's aged so much
