There's a human man eating cookies that have been spiked with magic from Twilight Sparkle, as she appears in the background laughing and peaking out from a portal. The next frame shows the man looking at his hands that have fully changed to hooves as he cries out "H-hooves?! What?!", with fur starting to sprout around his ears.
