While everyone was spreading false hypothesis @ milkweed, we noticed #TachinidFly, (🗣️Tuh-Ky-Nid), appear to parasitize over 80% of Southern California monarch caterpillars. 🌱 Dr. Chip @ Monarch Watch supported my observation & said studies & raising monarchs in habitats may be needed here… 🧵
