Given its military neighbors, #Moonalao and #Tagala, it would be nice for it to be related to #kotermann, ship’s hobgoblin, or influenced by the (tricky) verb #koterdama (related to #komberdama [hobble or stumble], #kaperdama [go about unsteadily], to caper, anyone?...),

#Tagala (Tagala): ‘The rear’, lit. place behind. Military term for the territory, along with the materials, supplies and services of a warring state outside the combat area. Named for proximity to Peter the Great’s underground munitions stores at Moonalao.
