Hello #tagspub people. Are you aware that @_followback doesn't read the Danish letters æøå? For example, I tried giving my post the hashtag #fælleshjerne (the Danish-language fedibrain) and it excluded the æ.

Seems to me this service already exists from other servers, eg. fedigroups.social - but that's a good thing, because sometimes these services go away (RIP gup.pe)

OK, I have followed @_followback, so now the #Hashtags I use will be more widely distributed, to anyone who follows @Hashtags rather than just distributed those instances who happen to have someone who follows me.

And I have followed @bikenite so now I should be getting more #BikeNite […]

Friends, if you haven't already, it would be a big favour to me if you could enable tags.pub to boost your public tagged posts.

Just follow @_followback . It will follow you back, and when you make a post with a hashtag in it, the server will boost your post from the appropriate hashtag.

For tags.pub , have you decided how a user (of tags.pub) would determine the URL to the actor for a hash-tag?

Does it involved a WebFinger look-up?

Or, another /.well-known/ look-up?

Or, will the URL pattern be documented. (Ex: /tags/{tagName} )

Or, somethingelse?
