Accidentally startled this little hawk and its fresh kill on my jog today. Any idea on ID, Taiwan birders? Very small raptor, hardly bigger than its quarry. (in Taipei) #TaiwanBirding #TaiwanBirds #Taiwan (also tagged @TaiwanBirding on the birdsite)
