#takemeoutsideday was yesterday! We read the book Spookily the Square Pumpkin and created our own square leaf pumpkins! Y taught us a game he used to play in Ukraine! We ❤️ using the outdoor spaces at Rennies!

It's #TakeMeOutsideDay so we took our learning outside.

🌿 Take Me Outside Day! 🌿 What an incredible day of outdoor learning with our high school freshmen! We spent the morning exploring our school’s nature trail — surveying habitats, sketching observations, and collecting evidence of local wildlife. Students found signs of white-tailed deer, including scat, tracks, and food sources like acorns. But the discoveries didn’t stop there — we also found a small mammal skeleton (which led to a great discussion about carnivorous teeth!), two snake skins, a kingfisher, and even a monarch butterfly! 🦋🐍🦴 It was such a joy to see students so engaged — curious, observant, and full of wonder — as they learned more about the ecosystems right on our campus. Experiences like this remind us how powerful outdoor education can be. #TakeMeOutsideDay #OutdoorLearning #EnvironmentalEducation #ScienceInAction #InquiryBasedLearning #EcoSchools

Today is @TakeMeOutside Day!

School communities are encouraged to step outside, breathe in the fresh air, and discover new ways to connect with nature.

Due to only 1 live class tomorrow (long story) I am #TakeMeOutsideDay -ing a day early. Guest stayed for almost the whole class. Even snorted along to the singing.

These littles enjoyed some outdoor writing time for #TakeMeOutsideDay!

Clipboards are an easy way to keep papers from flying away, and provide a nice hard surface for writing.

Fresh air is good for our bodies and our brains!

I guess it's #TakeMeOutsideDay so maybe folks in that field want in to the other site?
