Out of 15 European nations, UK has worst death rate 4 child asthma & 10-24 year-olds. Although many triggers 4 asthma attacks, main causes that strip our respiratory tract of inflammation defence are car emissions, esp diesel engines. There are 41 million cars on UK roads!

Positive Los Angeles public transit post! It used to take me two buses and 90 minutes to get to my doctor’s office. Thanks to some bus line changes, it took one bus and 70 minutes today (it’s 45 minutes by car). Things can change for the better! #TakeTheBus

Arriving at DB's overflowing car park our bus was stuck due to jabberwocky parking. Driver had to phone bus station to alert them of the situation. Meanwhile we all got off & dispersed for our walks .. which was nice ☺️
On returning, the car park was still jam packed w/ cars queueing ..
