Interesting article in #TheNewYorker 4/13/26 issue about how cities are mitigating record flooding using a combination of "gray" "blue" and "green" design solutions. Mostly atmospheric river (heavy rain) flooding, not glacial outburst, but still interesting. #TakingOnWater by #EricKlinenberg
