A vivid green grasshopper with a dark back is poised on the petals of a bright yellow daisy-like wildflower with his face in the center to access the pollen. The soft-focus background is green shrubs and shadows. Below and to the right of the open flower, above the leaves, there are two additional buds, one fully closed and one just beginning to open.

Recent trip to Ithaca, NY. Listened to the Hobbit audiobook, there and back again. Talked to students about Game Dev. Saw friends and reconnected with my roots.
