Oh yeah. I managed to get a mostly accurate Tommy in his Dragon's Dogma 2 incarnation (bottom-right), but no game gives me an accurate version of his cheek scar. @unkledeath.bsky.social's art (top-right) shows a much more accurate one.
He's also way lankier than any in-game models.

#tavqod Ryld dies twice. A few months after the epilogue, the drow lady finds him and disintegrates him. Astarion, SH and Gale later bring him back with a Wish/True Res spell that was meant to be for Astarion.

#tavqod Nah. Exhibit 1: Astarion. Exhibit 2: He’s an orphan and has a soft spot for them, but he doesn’t want to be a father, and is too young to be a mentor. Ryld accepted Yenna at camp but not forever. He will lend a hand but try to find somebody else to take care of them.

#tavqod Ryld wouldn’t be able to look at Astarion the same if he choose to exchange 7,000 spawns for ‘freedom’. He knows killing is necessary to stay alive, but 7k, most of them innocents…is a no for him. They’d have one last kiss, breakup, and he’d be the mopiest for the rest of the adventure.

Ryld’s average, however he learned to hide it and not show he is obviously in pain (don’t wanna appear weak in the Underdark). The Shattered Sanctum and its fights took a toll on him, and at the tiefling party he was falling apart. I’m writing about it, might share it some day >.<
