letsgettogether.ca is a local not-for-profit organization we work with. We help them maintain their Linux servers to deploy client images on older computer for families and university students.
Student using a donated rcto.ca computer that was repurposed with Linux to make it fast & functional again. rcto.ca continues to be an essential partner that provides us with free computers every year!
Amazing donation of laptops this year! They have all been installed in classrooms to support student learning. This was possible because of Ubuntu, rcto.ca, and Lumine (among other donors).
We still manage 100s of student Linux 💻s in our school alone🙌
Our school still can't afford to provide each student with daily 💻 access.
Our Tech Stewards help improve their access immensely.

We have installed 243 student computers, and continue to service them throughout the school year as part of our Tech Stewardship elective program.
243 Linux computers deployed in classrooms, so far this year. There are still requests for hundreds more. Government underfunding means many students DO NOT have daily access to computers to support their learning.
Our gr6,7, and 8 student Tech Stewards continue to design, deploy, and maintain almost $50 000 worth of rcto.ca donated 💻s throughout our school.
The need is still huge, due to Ford PC cuts to public education.
We continue to help any way we can because the Fraud gov't IS NOT.
