#Asthma Peak Week is the 3rd week in September. There are peak pollen times as well as viruses spiking at the same time. Fellow members of #TeamAsthma make sure you have all your meds refilled, #WashYourHands, #GetVaccinated, #WearAMask, yes even outside. Be safe out there, you DONT want ER visit!

ok I didnt have a choice but to go outside for a bit. Had to take the rubbish wheelie bins out for tomorrow, bunch of yard waste. wearing full N95 mask & it is still awful out there. Rescue inhaler deployed. #WildfireSmoke #AirQualityAlert #mnwx #TeamAsthma

As a member of #TeamAsthma I don't get to do much even with an N95. I went out for max 30 minutes today to finish something in the garden, fully masked & still had to use rescue inhaler once inside. Not great.

I'm so bummed. I was going to go to Bastille Day at Marc Heu with a friend tomorrow morning, a VERY rare outing for me. I don't think I can go now due to #AirQualityAlert. I mean yes I can wear a mask, but limiting exposure is best for #TeamAsthma. I can't even go for a bike ride. I hate this. #mnwx

If you look at the previous post and the tag on the post it is an #AirQualityAlert requiring #N95Mask especially as I am member of #TeamAsthma. And yes I do still #WearAMask outside as there is still a risk & I cannot take that risk as vulnerable population pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC...

Guess its a good thing I had to pack it in with the seeds/seedling outside, jerko neighbor lit a GINORMOUS backyard fire so wouldn't be able to stay outside anyway. Bummed I had to close all the windows tho. Dude, red flag warnings & super high wind! Its like a 3-foot wide fire! 😡 #TeamAsthma

Thanks! Yeah, I'm not sure who has closed up patios for the season, that's the challenge. Many that stay open used bonfires (#TeamAsthma and again, don't want to smell like a bonfire!).
